Penang Butterfly Farm

Last Friday, Daddy was on leave, so he and Mummy took me out for the day while Amah looked after my mei-mei.  We went to Penang Butterfly Farm as I had never been there before. The last time Daddy and Mummy were there was three years ago, when I was just born and they discovered that the entrance fee for adults had also gone up; it is now RM18 per adult (with MyKad). Good thing it is still free for kids under 4.

When we were there, there was this one butterfly that refused to leave Daddy's finger. I was quite amused by it but I didn't want to touch it.



The butterfly stayed on Daddy's finger for quite a long time and didn't want to fly away! I was pointing to it excitedly and telling Mummy about it.



There were lots of pretty butterflies at the butterfly farm.



I enjoyed myself a lot! Thank you Daddy for suggesting to come here :)

    ** Penang Butterfly Farm is open 365 days all year round except half day on the eve of Chinese New Year Day. Kindly take note that show time from the Penang Butterfly is no longer available and we have replaced it with free& easy Nature Guided Tour inside the farm, available daily.. Large Groups - Discounts are available to school bookings and other large groups. Please contact us for prior bookings and other services such as our educational programs which can be conducted in groups.
